'This hotel was not much more than a motel 6. It was filthy, old and in much need of repair. There was a roach in the tub which I took a picture of. The safety bar in the tub is hardly attached. The TV only worked using the physical button on the TV. Remote did not work. Couldn't change channel or volume. Breakfast at 8am was cold and old. They could not make more eggs. I couldn't find any help to even get a napkin. Carpets were dirty. Elevator made scary noises and fridge made loud noise all...

'The hotel is nice clean and the beds were comfortable. Had issues with the thermostat but we fixed it. The breakfast buffet is good. Waffles eggs bacon sausage bagels biscuits and more. Coffee offered all day and delicious. We will stay again.'

'I've stayed at Tru in various cities, but this is the first Tru I've visited that had a pool. It was connected to another Hilton hotel which made for a better experience because of the added amenities (pool, golf simulator, onsite restaurant, etc.). Every time I visit the area I plan on staying at this particular hotel.'

'Someone entered our room in the middle of the night! They claimed to be housekeeping - it was midnight! We told staff when we checked out and they said a manager would call me. No one has called. I called on Tuesday to follow up and still haven’t heard from anyone. We were traveling with small kids who were super scared and had a hard time going back to sleep. The rest of our vacation they were kept referencing the 1 night at this hotel when someone came in. Thank goodness we had the security...
