'This property is exactly as advertised: cute, clean, functional, and perfect for a single or couple. House is easy to find and a quick walk to the historic downtown with exceptional restaurants and shops. Not only is this purple house central to everything Flagstaff, but it served as our base for Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest, Sedona, and Page. All are 60-120 mins away. 'We loved having an open fire to heat the home (on top of the central heat of course) it created an amazing ambiance for Christmas time! The house backs right up to the edge of the forest so it is great for spontaneous hikes with the family! '

'Very well put together, super organized and very clean.Easy to find locationWell supplied with all essentials we needed Made the trip so much better.'

'No toaster, clean side of washer and dryer with lints, didn’t use the machine. Small hole in front of door and left dish rug for next people to use, under the stove grill was not clean, but didn’t get to clean it. We would have stay another night, graduation was over. We really like your place.'

'Property was as described. Beautiful scenery, room for the kids to run and play. They really enjoyed just swinging on the swingset in nature. Rooms were comfortable and host was responsive. We did not use hot tub but it was hot and ready. Definitely a great place in the woods but drivable to anywhere.'
