'Het was een zeer leuk hotel en is precies in het midden van een klein jungle. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. De kamer wordt gekuist zo vaak als men het wenst, dit wordt bij de registratie gevraagd. Het ontbijt is "continentaal" en men moet er niet al te veel verwachten, in het algemeen ongezonde ontbijtrepen, muffins en bagels ...geen ontbijtgranen, gewoon brood, pannenkoeken, spek en eieren.... Het ontbijt werd ook soms niet snel genoeg bijgevuld als er veel mensen tegelijk kwamen. ...

'When we arrived at the property, several people in front of were being told they had no rooms despite having reservations. We thought we were luckier as my wife and were told we had a room, though it was a single bed and not two beds as we had reserved. The clerk blamed the problem on the hotel being brand new and not quite ready for opening and, inexplicably, on the maids for not speaking English. When we went to our room we found that the air conditioner did not work (it was 95 degrees...

'The room was clean. Nice little kitchen area for eating in if you choose. Restaurants/bars on site for dining out & beverages. Friendly, helpful staff.'

'We come here 2 to 3 times a year . Theres alot that has changed and not for the good. The restaurant we went to half cracked was full with not enough servers we had to wait over a hour and the restaurant didn't have half of what we ordered. Then we booked a cabana our server was horrible and we didn't get all the amenities the cabana came with. Not happy with this visit. We had issues with the AC in the room and the safe and phones were not working. We will see if we return.'

'We stayed in a room over looking the dumpster, both the bathroom and room ceiling had pealing paint due to damp! The air conditioning sounded like a wind tunnel constantly noisy!!! I made reception aware and advised the lady at check out but she simply wrote a note but didn’t even acknowledge what I had said! I was charged $30 a day as a ‘Resort’ apparently for self parking, WIFI and the pool? Really??? I will not be back!!!!!'
