'Management was rude right off the bat when we got our room. My grandchildren came to visit and we were not allowed to use the pool. Padlocked!!! No one used the pool the whole time we were there. 'Wasn’t a bad stay- wasn’t great either- hotel looks nice- rooms are huge- needs more cleaning as there was a nasty looking stain on the rug near the sofa and the floor wasn’t swept (no carpet)- the elevators were dirty- they allow dogs so the smell was awful in the elevators along with wet floors from the guest coming from the pool I assume because it was before the rain came… we have allergies and being inside the elevators with the dog hair and smell was awful- overall stay was ok it was only...

'This is the first time Expedia completely failed me. The motel was horrendous, in a terrible location and remarkably neglected. The photos on Expedia’s site looked nothing like the actual hotel. If I was not so disappointed, it would have been humorous. We could not stay. Had to find a different place to stay and pay for a second hotel. In addition to the area being frightening, the room was disgusting. And hot. Expedia should disassociate with this establishment immediately. Way below...
