'I made a reservation through Expedia for a room with two beds, and the day before we were set to arrive I received a message from Hilton that we were booked in a room with two king beds. That was a pleasant surprise, as most hotel rooms with two beds are full or queen. 'Upon arrival and walking into the indoor arboretum, you are pleasantly surprised by unexpected grandeur. To me it felt like stepping out on Bourbon Street in "Nawlins'". This same unexpected grandeur was also found in the rooms, being so spacious, the subtle distinction between office, kitchenette, bedroom and bath. 'Clean room - Friendly Staff - Convenient Location'

'my overall stay was just okay. however, i’m giving this review because I called the night before requesting a late check out.. Staff at the front desk said it was okay and he put a note on my account.. but there was loud banging on the door in the morning it was security, maintenance and another staff member insisting I could not get a late check out because I booked through a third party. Horrible communication on their part! my first and last time booking with this hotel!'
