'My cousin and I were on a road trip on our way to Nashville for a wedding and decided to visit The Ark along the way. Granny's House was in an excellent location both to The Ark and just for a quiet place to relax. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We would have loved to have had more time to just enjoy staying in the house. If we're in the area again, we will definitely hope to stay there again.'

'Very cute cottage & stay. Our group was one adult w/3 teens, and it was perfect for our needs while we visited Ark & Creation Museum for a conference - great location roughly halfway btwn both. On our down day, the kids loved the corn hole and kayaking! Living room fit our four comfortably for evening chats, large table gave us room for board games, deck was nice for me in the evenings. Property is as described and wonderful, thoughtful host!'

'This is a nice little house, just a few miles from the Ark. The only reason I rated at four stars instead of five is that the shower curtain has orange mold at the bottom, and what appears to be boogers crusted on the inside. Everything else was nice and clean. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. This was a pleasant place for me and my family while we enjoyed The Ark and Williamstown.'

'Our stay at Kate's house was nothing short of spectacular! The interior is so thoughtfully designed and we had fun picking our favorite bedrooms. There was more than enough space for 10 of us and we felt right at home the moment we walked in. As warm and inviting as the inside is, what also really sets the house apart are the outdoor amenities. 'Property was thoughtfully appointed, clean, and comfortable. Even has access to the garage. We had everything we needed. Looks just like the wonderful pictures. Super close to Ark Encounter in a nice neighborhood along a scenic road. Owner provided detailed instructions and communication was prompt and friendly. I highly recommend!'
