'Op zich was de ontvangst goed. Op de kamer gekomen meteen de airco aangezet. Echter bleek achteraf dat de airco officieel pas na 15 juni aangezet mag worden en het niet deed. Het was 3 nachten 30 graden op de kamer. Het restaurant is niet op locatie, maar een kilometer verder met de auto. Dit was een beetje jammer.'

Sweet -croissant, cake etc. Good position by the walls of Spello. Easy walk to the station and easy parking across the road from the B&B. Room well set up. Good WiFi, hot water, air conditioning, kettle. Nice facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.'

'Negatives; 1. Last 30 metres of climb to the property was extremely steep. 2. The bed (a pull our couch) was the hardest that we have ever experienced. 3. The owner/host spoke zero English. 4. She showed us an unacceptable small unit, which we declined, until showing us a larger one with a view (which we had paid for). 5.
