'The location and the yurt itself are the place to stay when your planning to visit Sequoia National Park. The views are amazing, the park is very close by (10 minute drive) and the yurt offers all you need! We very much enjoyed the decked area outside hearing the river go by.'

'We can’t say enough good things about this cozy little place. We had the cabin next to the adorable little library. The room was clean and warm when we arrived. Joseph was the person who lives on property and he was wonderful! He helped us get checked in the first night and gave us some pointers for our trip the next day to Sequoia NP. We loved how quiet the property was and enjoyed our morning coffee out walking the resort. We would highly recommend this little cabin nestled in the woods! '

'Could not have asked for a more splendid experience!!! Great hosts!! The quaintness of this little cabin is truly surreal!!! Rustic but yet has all the conveniences you need. I’m a stickler for having hot water and this cabin has great hot water. The lodge across the street is a must see. Sitting in front of the fireplace And enjoying good food on a cool Spring evening. Everyone should experience this little piece of heaven tucked away in the Sequoia National Forest.'

'I accidently left my expensive shoes here before going backpacking. Returning from my trip they never notified me and after calling them they told me they would inquire the cleaning staff and call back, which they never did. Moreover, while checking in the staff were extremely unfriendly about a request for a room where I can park my car in front of the door (since I would be backpacking, I had to a lot of loose stuff that I needed to organize..) They only want money and the slightest customer...

'This might have been a nice hotel in the 90"s but that is 20 years ago. Now it is outdated and not well maintained. The first thing I noticed was a gaping hole of 4x4 inches in the bedspread, Housekeeping obviously does not care about things like that since the hole looked old. I spend al least 60 nights a year at different hotels all over the world, but I cannot remember when I had a room without aTV, Internet is only in the 'lobby' which has the atmosphere of a deserted youth hostel.
