'My sister and I always stay in apartments when we travel and this is one of the nicest ones. The view is incredible and the apartment is very comfortable. It was great having a washer and dryer right in the apartment. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The host is one of the most responsive hosts that we have had. He was in constant communication before our arrival and wanted to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.'

'Es war eine ganz bezaubernde Wohnung, genauso wie auf den Bildern, in wunderbarer Umgebung. Die Eigentümer der Wohnung ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und können das Quartier absolut weiter empfehlen.'

'The host was amazing to deal with and when you are doing a trip to NYC that helps a lot. Place was super clean! I don’t think you can find a better value in Manhattan. Honestly book this place. 2 bedrooms. It’s not too cramped. They keep it very clean. And the AC unit actually works and keeps you cool. I have stayed in a lot of places in Manhattan and for the money this is top notch!'

'I highly enjoyed my stay at this property. I came with my family so I really needed a place to accommodate all of our needs. And this place did not disappoint. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Although I am a native New Yorker, I no longer live in the city but come home frequently as a “tourist” lol. 'Owners changed our stay to a different apartment, so we were not actually at this address. The property we stayed in was clean and comfortable. It was easy to check-in and owners responded to questions quickly. '

I had to call the help line for assistance and information on how to enter the property. The Host lived in the first-floor unit. "Good place next to time square, clean hotel, good beds, rooms for 4 persons aren somewhat small if you have suitcases, but doable. Breakfast is proper and included (just missing basic options for bread such as cheese and ham). The elevator situation especially around breakfast time is terrible. There are 5 elevators for over 30+ floors. If you are below level 20 there is a fair chance that you have to wait +10 mins for a elevator thats not full. Further is the rooftop bar not just to but you must take a table. Outside space is limited, while inside the airco is on turbo. Staff in general is nice, there is a basic but well maintained gym and they offer taxi services in case u need one to the airport. Conclusion, eventhough the elevator situation I would return."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located just around the corner from Times Square. It’s the perfect base for exploring New York, with major attractions and public transportation all within easy walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the $100 per hour charge for late checkout, which felt a bit steep. That said, we absolutely enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back!"
