'Rooms smelt musty, damp and old. The air conditions in all 3 rooms my family were in looked like the filters have never been cleaned. Disappointed that they were in such bad shape. We've stayed here many times before and they weren't a whole lot better. We will think twice before we stay there again.'

'Clean building, great location, friendly staff, greet value for the cost and and the room. Great place to stay for the night, no frills just a good place to stay. Bed a bit firm for my liking but that is a personal preference and not a complaint.'

'Coffee was horrible, one day no coffee at 7:45am, eggs were cold, staff was rude. Tiles in bathroom were loose. Old building not well maintained. We have to go to Chisago a couple more times and will definitely get hotel closer to MinneapolisWould rather drive 45 minutes than stay there again.'

I will have to say that the stay this time was disappointing only because the breakfast did not offer much that we liked and very limited. Otherwise the rooms are very nice and the whole property is very clean.'
