In my experience, coffee, tea, toast, bagels, waffles, hot cereal, etc. are not cold foods. What part of "self serve continental" didn't you understand?? The breakfast is exactly as advertised in all of my promotional literature. Maybe you should read the information before booking.

Thanks for your kind review. The breakfast is advertised as minimal, this keeps the room prices down. Why do people complain when they get exactly what was advertised? If you want fancy food there are 6 restaurants close by. Alternately, I could raise the prices by 50 per night and hire a cook. How much complaining would I hear then ??

The room contained an expensive and effective Dyson air conditioner complete with remote control. I explained how to operate it. All of our promotional literature on line makes it very clear that the breakfast is self serve continental. If this person wanted a hot breakfast served to them they should have booked at an establishment offering to provide same and been willing to pay an extra $50 per night for the privilege.
