'This hotel was such a great stay! The bed was comfortable, we booked a suite with the bathtub and the room was spacious and just beautiful. The customer service was top tier, and the location was perfect. Very easy to book an Uber to any location and there were many dinner options just downstairs.'

'Zeer ruime fijne hotelkamer met grote badkamer. Minpuntje was dat de TV geen streaming services ondersteunde (het personeel kon het in ieder geval niet aan de praat krijgen). De stoom cabine in de spa was ook niet beschikbaar 1 van de dagen van mijn verblijf. Pedicure in de spa was meer een massage dan een pedicure- ik moest alsnog elders gel lak vervangen, dat deden ze niet in het hotel. Had ik dat geweten dan had ik een andere behandeling geboekt. Wel heel vriendelijk personeel in de spa....

'The hotel is very falsely advertised. The room is very small to the point of being very cramped for even one person. For what you pay a night you could get a room twice as big. The listing advertised soundproofing but the soundproofing is nonexistent. You hear everything the people around you are doing even flushing the toilet. I was on a higher floor but the street noise was still pretty loud so I'm assuming it's even worse on a lower floor. I got the room for the "city view" but the only thing...

'The building was old, but was well maintenance, and cleaned. All of the staff is friendly. The location was convenient to go to the city.'

'The Lady at the desk was so awesome and really did what she could to help accommodate our needs which I really appreciated. The rooms were spotless and the block out blinds are awesome! We stayed during Vivid so the area was busy until about 11pm each night but got quiet after this and is a lovely quiet area in the morning. Rooms were clean and comfy, with a few creature comfort and reasonably priced per night. 'Lovely hotel with very helpful staff on reception, with a very quick and efficient check in. Room was very modern and spacious. Large bathroom with seperate shower, toilet and large bath. Location fabulous for getting around Sydney, close to station and light rail. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars close by.'
