'In the lobby it already smelled like cigarettesmoke. The first room we were offered was in a strange corner with cigarettebuds en jointbuds (marihuana). Too us, it looked like the least attractive room they had. We asked for another room, but there black mould on the ceiling and it was too humid (our clothes were moist the next day). And in the front of this room there were even more cigarettebuds. There was no waterpressure on the shower and the towels had black spots on them. We paid about...

'The condo is clean, property well maintained in a perfect location. Beach access via a private walk bridge. Close to downtown (5 min. drive) and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when we’re in Amelia Island. '
