'This unit was well equipped, they only thing we needed was food. Spices, kitchen supplies all provided. We just used one bike. Bikes are functional but maybe need a tune up. The beds were super comfortable which was a plus. The bed linens were just right for ac sleeping. The pool was was clean and well maintained. Nice grounds for walking the dog. Our only suggestion is to replace the sofa as it’s pretty much done. We sat on on the oversized throw pillows so not to sink in the sofa. Good...

'The proctor cottage was perfect. Comfortable, clean, and homey. Even better than the pictures. Perfectly hospitable and sweet. Very close to the village which we enjoyed. A bit of a walk to proper beach, which didn’t bother us since it’s February. A lovely stay I hope to visit again. '

'This is a very nice property in an excellent location. The house is exactly as described, and was very clean and comfortable when we arrived. The location is 5 min walking distance to most of the restaurants and shops, as well as a few more minutes to the pier area.We would certainly stay here again if we return to the area.'

'As mentioned, the communication was excellent between guest and host. The only issue we had was the placement of the lockbox for the keys. We weren't sure if the box that was located near the garage floor was a lockbox or some sort of sensor or anything. If the lockbox was placed at eye level say for a 5'10" person, I think this would be more accommodating to your tall guest as well as not so tall guest. The location would probably be an issue for those with health challenges or elderly....

'The gome is an older property located within walking distance.ofndowntown Brunswick. The owner is most accomodatimg and answered all inquiries. The property is large and accomodating. It was perfect for my purposes, hosting a group of golfing buddies. I live locally and am glad to have an.affordavle property witj enoigh space for a large group'

'Jonathan was great to work with. His home was very comfortable and so close to St. Simons and Jekkyl Islands. We loved having a big fully-equipped kitchen, large laundry room, and very comfortable beds. The little ones were thrilled with the playhouse and we appreciated the fenced-in yard!!! The main floor bathroom needs to have the peeling paint in the shower area addressed, as well as a coat of paint. The large sectionals in the living room were not very comfortable, but we appreciated that...
