'Hotel heeft update/opknapbeurt nodig. Airco openbare ruimte op diverse verdiepingen werkt niet. Daar wordt niets over vermeld bij boeken/verteld bij inchecken. En dat bij 98 F. Ontbijt ruimte is groezelig en vuilnisbakken puilen uit. Geen reclame voor Best Western. Eigenlijk laat Best maar weg.'

'We got the highest room on 8th floor after making the request. Hispanic man at front desk was very helpful and kind and called when room was ready. The hotel has been recently updated and is really nice. I loved our room. There are only 2 elevators and they are very slow. We were there Monday thru wed so can’t imagine the wait on the weekends. The pool and hot tub are very nice. Unfortunately this is a very kid friendly hotel and I usually stay away from this hotel because of this but San Louis...
