Spahotels in Stadscentrum van Zermatt

'The room was pretty small for it’s price level. All in all the experience was ok, but really not more than that.'

'The staff was friendly, the breakfast was amazing, the room and bathroom were very nice and clean, and the beds were super cozy! The nearby construction affected the view, but it was at no fault of the hotel. I would recommend staying here!'

'Amazing hotel for skiing in Zermatt. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and with lots of options. The hotel is close to the train station as well as the Gornergrat train. The best part of the hotel is the spa area with sauna, steamroom, onsen, pools etc. Just perfect for relaxing after skiing!'

'The desk/property manager on-site was very attentive and helpful. The place is in a quieter but close enough neighborhood.'

'No complaints w the room other than we were not aware we’d be down in a basement room that looked out to a stairwell. Also be aware, if you ask for the shuttle to the train, and their shuttle isn’t available… you won’t pay the reasonable 10 Francs… you’re riding a taxi that will charge much more 😡 (even though the hotel tells you otherwise)'

'A superb location with great views and super friendly service, thank you.'
