'This is our second year staying in this home while we attend an annual event of friends and family directly across the pond. It’s the perfect sanctuary at the end of the day. I absolutely LOVE this home- everything from coffee on the porch to the fully equipped kitchen and the extra cozy beds is wonderful! I run a VRBO property in Rhode Island and I am extra critical of other properties- this one however gets an A! The owners are also incredibly nice and easy to communicate with! '

'We stayed at Ridgeview in January and had a blast. The house was very clean and the check in process was super easy. The distance to Bretton Woods was about 15 min which wasn't an issue at all. Kids loved it and we would definitely book again. Hot tub worked great, needed a little cleaning but overall it was not bad. Would 100% stay here again.John'

'My husband and I booked this cabin for a stop on our way back from Maine. Unfortunately, due to a sick pet, we weren’t able to stay overnight. However, we did have a chance to briefly stop by the property—and it was clear that it’s very well maintained, with a gorgeous mountain view off the back deck. The owner was wonderful to work with: professional, responsive, and kind. We’re really hoping to return and enjoy a full stay in the future!'

'Beautiful house just as pictured, easy check in with great communication with the owner. Centrally located right on the ATV trails. May want to bring extra towels and washcloths as there was no wash clothes and only 1 towel per person for our 3 night stay. But that didn’t stop us from enjoying this beautiful house and property, will definitely stay again! '

'Nice place. Good for families. The only thing to know is that if you have very small children there are sort of separate parts of the upstairs. You might want to bring a baby monitor. But if your kids are older than toddlers it might be ideal! Very convenient for Santa's Village. '

'Beautiful quiet and peaceful area, me and my daughter enjoyed a mini getaway to Faraway Pond. The adorable cottage had all the amenities needed and we loved the scenic view of the pond and the kayaks. Got some awesome sunset pictures! Mary was super responsive and thoughtful. We wouldn't hesitate to come back for another visit. I bet the Fall foliage is gorgeous. '

'This house accommodated our group of 6 adults and 4 children nicely. The kids shared the bunk room and the adults had rooms to themselves. The view out of the kitchen/living room was beautiful. Plenty of space in the family/living room to hang out and make memories. The upstairs toilet was a little finnicky, but other than that we had a blast. '

'We had a lovely stay in this property at Carroll. It was quiet and serene. The house was well equipped with all required amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. The host had even kept some beverages in the fridge which he allowed us to use. The barbecue grill did not have enough propane but I had asked the host about this prior to our stay and he had told us about the best place to get the propane from.The interior of the house has a rustic decor which was very interesting.The only shortcoming...

"What a lovely motel – exactly what we were looking for! It’s clean, there’s a beautiful and well-maintained pool with toys, and we really appreciated being able to park right outside our door. We received a warm welcome. We arrived a little early, but luckily a room was already available. It was great that they were so accommodating. The souvenir selection was a nice touch! There are plenty of dining options nearby. Mt. Washington is easily accessible from the motel. We had planned to take the train up to the Mount Washington Observatory Deck, which was a fantastic experience. We truly enjoyed our stay here! Greetings from the Netherlands. 🇳🇱"
