It was also very convenient having a kitchen for coffee/breakfast. Unfortunately, the property could have been cleaner. The kitchen rug was very old and stained and it would have been nice to have a few simple chairs available on the patio (there were just two broken bikes stored there). 'Lovely, clean room on a quiet street in De Pijp, near shops, restaurants and Metro. A short walk to museums and concert hall. We were there during a heat wave and so grateful for the air conditioning. The private balcony was great for breakfast on cool mornings. Ruud and Lisa were extremely welcoming, kind, and attentive, and even found time for a canal tour on their small boat, which was a highlight. As they clearly stated, the stairs are steep, as typical of those older Amsterdam...

'The neighborhood was away from the central area so it was quieter and had access to everything needed. The best part was the gracious kindness and assistance from the hosts when we had lost a wallet and needed to put a hold on credit and bank cards. Hans went above and beyond to help in every possible way. He was also very responsive to assisting with technically challenging appliances and in helping us navigate the transportation. I highly recommend this property and its hosts.'

'Super cute loft space with enough room to spread out, Nespresso in the kitchen and great location! Hosts were super nice helping us check in and get our luggage up the steps. Would definitely stay here again!'
