'Great central place to stay. Host was very nice and had an office at the entry - so he was almost always there on site (and gave his cell phone number for when he was not). He even carried suitcases up and down some steep stairs. Supplies at the entryway were not just toilet paper, towels, and basic supplies but umbrellas for loan and airline style slippers. We had 3 couples stay and would do it again. '

'Having never stayed in a houseboat, this was an experience we couldn't miss. The space was efficient and well equiped. It was a thrill to ride the ferry every day and the houseboat was only a short walk from the ferry stop. Highly recommend!'

'Sebastien, our host, couldn’t have done more make to make us ilwelcome. He stayed up late to show us around the apartment which was spotless, really cozy and comfortable, and very well equipped. The location is perfect for a trip to explore Amsterdam. He even bought us in some food for our first day’s breakfast! 'Stayed at this property with 3 of my friends. Checking in was quick and easy, thanks to Mario! We arrived early, left our bags with him, went to grab some food and take a walk, and Mario contacted us when the room was all set. The only downside to the apartment is that it has a single bathroom. Fortunately the toilet (with a sink) is separated from the Shower room, which helped since it's 4 guys and so we all had to time using either room when getting ready to go out. Otherwise, you can't beat...

'This is an absolute gem to stay in while in Amsterdam. Parking is in underground public parking which is pricey, but I would not hesitate to stay here again while visiting. We stayed two nights and it was amazing. Absolute no joke about the stairs getting to the apartment; they are true Amsterdam stairs - almost passable as a ladder! I wouldn't trade it though, it leads to the charm of this location. There are bus and train stops about a 2 minute walk from the apartment and from there,...

'Excellent, comfortable second floor apartment in a great residential location in the beautiful Jordaan District. Small, but efficiently laid out unit with a comfortable double bed and everything you might need including electric range, cookware and dishware. Hosts Rick and Astrid could not have been nicer and helpful. Caveat: as is the case throughout the Jordaan's quaint narrow rowhomes the stairs to get to the apartment are long and steep. However Rick was more than happy to be of assistance...
