Slow and incomplete There was no Toilet paper at one point When asked about a rollaway bed I was told 50euro a night then when I ordered it I was told it can only be done in the morning There was no way to open windows and it was HOT in the apptment We booked a 2 room appt. We ended up getting a place with a loft… THAT was not described in the reservation The couch in the reservation was shown as a 3 seater ( it could have served as a back up bed) we had...

'We loved our stay in Sebastian’s beautiful apartment! It’s in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood with easy access to all of Amsterdam’s museums and city sights with a canal and quaint bridge just steps from the door. The kitchenette was well-stocked, and there is a grocery store a few minute’s walk away (just across from the bus and tram stop). Sebastian met us at the apartment for check-in and kindly stored our luggage for us on our last day. We would definitely stay here again!'

'5 nachten verbleven op deze mooie locatie. Mooie gracht voor de deur met bootjes en weinig verkeer. Amsterdam was veel rustiger dan normaal en dat gaf ons ge mogelijk om extra te genieten van deze mooie stad.'

The property manager Marion was always available, friendly and helpful. Fantastic location for sightseeing and only a 5 min walk to the bus that goes directly to the airport. This property is honestly perfect.'
