'We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! '

'My experience with the place was very good overall. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and shopping streets. Communication with the host through WhatsApp worked really well, but before arrival the communication via Hotels.com didn’t work properly – some of my messages didn’t go through, and vice versa. Still, I was very happy with the host, and the stay was great thanks to the perfect location.'

Værten Alessandro var meget hjælpsom og let at komme i kontakt med. Han svarede utrolig hurtigt og imødekommende på alle henvendelser, hvilket gav en tryghed under opholdet.Desværre blev vi nødt til at forkorte vores ophold, da lejligheden simpelthen var for varm og uden aircondition eller anden form for nedkøling. 'El propietario muy comunicativo. El apartamento limpio y centrico. Buen apartamento para estancias cortas. El aeropuerto 15 min. En taxi 20 euros. Habia todo lo necesario tanto en baño como en cocina.'
