'The hostel’s database got hacked and as a result i got contacted on whatsapp to pay or else the reservation would be cancelled. So I paid twice and the hostel doesn’t want to take any responsibility for its failure to protect the guests information that led to this situation which is in clear violation with the law. Worst experience ever!'

'Overall room was clean and same with facilities. Pretty accessible to all major tourist attractions and metro. One staff member was very rude at times but besides that all things were smooth.'
