'Se encuentra a 30 minutos a pie de la intermodal y a 50 del museo Gugemheim. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero equipadas, buen gusto y modernas. El barrio Deusto tranquilo y lleno de pequeños negocios. Pero, no tienen a nadie en la recepción hasta las 4pm, no tienen agua ni café en el lobby, no puedes tomar desde su lobby ninguna excursión ni información al respecto. Y las chicas de la limpieza tienen problemas con atender a los huéspedes. No saben comportarse.'

'Despite whats app messages to owner, Vrbo messages, heard nothing from the listing until 8.40pm the night before we were to arrive and we were cancelled. It was infuriating to be cancelled last minute. Usually one receives check in info 24 hours in advance--which we did not receive. To be cancelled on such short notice is unbelievable. Having to deal with a long trip and try and find new accomodations was not something I had thought I would have to do.'
