'The place is beautiful. The rooms are little small and could use updating. When I turned the air on the windows rattled so loud. I had to keep it on low to avoid the noise. No microwave in the room and be prepared for the slamming door at 6am. Other than those things we really enjoyed our time. '

'I decided to go low-budget for my two-night stay in Chestertown (in town for the Rock Hall Triathlons). This place is convenient and an excellent choice for someone who doesn't plan to spend a lot of time in their room. Rooms are spare w/no frills. Basically four lights in the entire room (overhead, wall, bathroom, shower). Bed was reasonably comfortable. 'Waterview cottage is comfortable and very clean. The accommodations look new and we had good sleep. The kitchen has most of the necessary equipment for meal preparation. A baking sheet pan is needed. WiFi and Roku TV was excellent. The primary bedroom bed was so tall/high my wife could not get in or out of it. That necessitated sleeping in the 2 twins. 'We thoroughly enjoyed our Memorial Day stay at the Bayburst Lodge! Our son and his wife, our daughter and her boyfriend joined us. This home is located right on the water on a quaint road in Rock Hall. The home was spacious and clean and pet friendly. We enjoyed the small private beach right on the water and also caught some small fish right from the beach. We had amazing weather all weekend until Monday, but the rain held off until we left.
