'The breakfast area was kept very clean and stocked. The staff was really nice. Emma at the front desk was very accommodating since our rooms needed to be changed because the request didn’t go through from Expedia to have adjoining rooms. They are in the process of remodeling so there is some understanding of the cleanliness. However, if you are going to put guests in a room, it should not have debris in the bathroom. A couple of the usb ports did not work.'

'Need to check the pool on a regular basis. My husband and I were going to get into the pool but the water was hazy, which made me think the pool was not staff monitored.'

'You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, but the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. It took us a literal 30 minutes to get into the room after 3 trips back and forth with problems with the key, until he finally switched our room to another one. It was also dirty. The breakfast area had broken tables (like the marble tops were chipped enough you’d scrape your arm on them) and cracked leather seats, and the back of the booth next to us had stuff caked all over it. 'The pictures of the place look great online. When we got there, the place was a total dump. We didn't even get out of the car. I would prefer to sleep in my car than this place. Not in this neighborhood though. The whole area is bad. We went to another motel down the road and witnessed a drug deal. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes to the casino district and spent another 25 bucks a night like we did. It was too late to cancel our reservation, so we ate the cost. It was worth it though...

'The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke...
