'Prima hotel kamer en basic, maar goed ontbijt aanwezig. Check-in duurde erg lang en dit werd bemoeilijkt doordat de medewerker slecht Engels sprak. incheck procedure die ze moest doorlopen was veel te lang. Bovendien was de vriendelijkheid ook ver te zoeken. Ligging van het hotel is goed met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Stukje rijden naar het centrum van Ottawa. '

'Three adults and two dogs stayed for three nights. Comfortable one bedroom with two queen beds, separate living room and small kitchen with full fridge. Kitchen could be stocked a bit better with glassware, utensils etc and the kitchen table needs a third chair. TV has very basic cable with no option to log into a Netflix or Prime account. 'I. Poked a room with wheel chair accessible axis And was told they had already booked someone else in the room after I had booked over a month ago So I couldn’t shower and trying to use the bathroom was very difficult and frustrating '

'Everyone was accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. On site restaurant was amazing. Great location, close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.'

'The hotel is a great easy location off the 417 Hwy. I The rooms are big and nice laminate floor which is good for comfort. The bed was comfortable. Front desk staff were excellent and service was good. The Hwy is very close therefore there are some traffic noise in the room due to this. Other than that I would recommend this hotel.'
