'The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. The morning coffee was delicious and complimentary. My only complaint is that I did not like the use of Direct TV.'

'For one night the hotel was good. The bed was okay. Room was clean. Water pressure in bathroom sink was low but shower was good. Parking was free which is nice. No complaints.'

'For starters the carpet in the entire hotel was very dirty. But what was worse, was the shower. The water temperature would go from freezing cold to scalding hot without touching the knob. You had to time getting ing the water like a game to not get burned or ice bath. The air conditioning was also weak and the room temperature never got below 75 degrees. They had the audacity to demand $500/night for this very dated and updated hotel.'

'The place doesn't at all feel safe. The rooms open to the parking and are completely cutoff from the main building or the lobby. Although smoking was not allowed, the room had too much cigarette odor.'

'They forgot to clean our room the second night we were there so we had dirty towels in our room all day garbage, and had to go to the desk to get stuff for the next day cause we were checking out. The front desk, staff apologize, but we were not compensated at all.'

'Fantastisch grote kamer met compleet ingerichte keuken, zelfs met vaatwasser! Zeer vriendelijke dames bij de receptie. Goede ligging tov de Hamptons, New York en JFK. Goed ontbijt en voldoende eetgelegenheden in de nabijheid van het hotel.'
