'nice new construction—ours was more of an intimate studio-type layout; large bed overlooked the living room with an electric fireplace/heater and TV—the kitchen was moderately stocked with enough cookware to meal prep (oil, honey, and spices came in handy); the Keurig coffee/tea was convenient; the owner was responsive on the vrbo app and text when we had a little power outage—it was close to town and a short direct drive into the park, and the grounds were very clean. 'We spend here a few nights to visit Sequoia NP. This is a perfect base for that. The communiciation with Lisa was excellent. She reacted very quick and made sure we were allright. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures so it met our expectations. Not big, but everything we needed, was in it. We used the outside grill for a great meal in the evening and for pancakes in the morning. Our family had a great time here, built some good memories!'

'We had a comfortable and great stay at Sequoia Motel for the Christmas weekend with our pup! The rooms are labeled and parking is right in front of the rooms. Keypad is on the door. 'The room was cute and the pictures at booking made the room look promising. However, we realized the remodel must have happen a few years ago as there was some maintenance issues the room is in need of in the small bathroom. The air conditioner almost cooled the room as the summer heat came in thru door that wasn’t sealed all the way. Our relatives stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment and that was lovely! '
