'Very clean, quiet. I would have given it a 5 star.However the front desk gal was not very friendly. I made a mistake on my reservation as I was in the middle of selling my home and I had a lot of my mind. I'm mistakenly showed up the day after the first day of my reservation. It was already paid for but I had missed the first night. I understand the policy is to not keep a room even if it's paid for, however since port Orchard isn't exactly a hopping place.I would have assumed they would have...

'We only stayed one night because we were in town for a concert, so we didn’t utilize all the amenities this place has to offer. The food at the ground floor bar/restaurant was good but service was slow - friendly staff though. I would return to stay if I ever visit Tacoma again and would like to check out all the bars!'

'The property is under restoration and we were disappointed that most of the amenities weren’t available. However, your staff is an added bonus. Justin at the front desk is friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The breakfast staff is also very polite and welcoming. Thank you '

'Our room smelled like mold or water damage. Had to keep the air going circulating constantly to deal with it. Also, one of the reasons we chose this property was because we had enjoyed the hot tub last time we stayed. The hot tub was broken. I think we might explore other properties next time we’re in town.'

'We enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and very clean with beautiful views. We had no trouble finding it and it was very well lit at night. The host called me 2 days before arrival which I appreciated. '

'Beetje sjofele kamer, die niet helemaal netjes aanvoelde. Donker ingericht, leek veel aangenamer op de foto's. Ontbijt maar tot 9:00, en om tien voor 9 was de koffie op, het warm water was lauw, yoghurt werd niet aangevuld: ook als het motel volzet was, werd er slechts een beperkte hoeveelheid klaargezet. Drie nachten verbleven en geen enkele keer kamer opgemaakt. Tissues gaan bij vragen, receptie kon alleen wat servetten meegeven.'

'Staff is lovely. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Our room had a sitting area with a sofa bed which is perfect for those traveling with children. There was also a mini kitchen with microwave and refrigerator making it perfect to relax with a snack or meal in our room.
