'We book a week here yearly. Hotel is close to family we visit. Hotel is clean, straightforward, comfortable. Staff is friendly, consistently helpful, caring. The only weak points: breakfast room is too small and finding a place to sit is a challenge. Pool area is outside and not covered. Aside from that we are very content to continue staying here every time we visit Hemet.'

'It was cool that they were located in a spot where we can in and out of the parking area. Overall our experience was ok. Customer service was awesome, just do not think we will come back if the rooms are not going to be clean or the sheets being stained or with burn holes in them.'

'This is Hemet, so the area can be a little sketchy, but the hotel room itself is big and lovely. However, the internet did not work at all. The manager tried to tell me that the router was right outside my room, and every time I would walk outside, the internet would work. It would not work in my room. So if you're going for internet you cannot stay here. I would stay here again if they had working internet, but I come out to work, so this is not an option anymore.'
