There was a courtesy bus into Noosa but we only found out by talking to a staff member, lack of information off anyone . No lift so we had to carry our cases up flights of stairs. On our departure there were 3 staff members who could see we were struggling but offered no help. Difficult to check in no-one around , we had to ask bar staff what...
