Gina and Scott went out of there way to accommodate our changes and to check in to see that we had everything we needed when a large snow storm was predicted. We ordered delivery and had an issue at the gate with one of our guests (the complex is very strict) and the host was responsive and resolved the issue with us. The house was clean and had every amenity you could ask for. The kids loved playing pool and hanging in the game room. All of the games worked and were in impeccable condition.
