I trust that the housekeeping staff will ensure thorough cleaning and maintain the rooms in a spotless condition. Upon accidentally dropping my eyeglasses on the floor, I observed that beneath the console table and beds, there was a significant accumulation of dust and dirt. '

'Excellent respite from the busy world of work. I did a solo visit the Biltmore Estate on my first trip and stayed at the Biltmore Village. I hiked nearly everyday because the trails where so close and offered scenic nature views. The Village grounds was the perfect blend of nature and upbeat vibes with the restaurant choices, the ice shop, the winery with free wine tasting, sitting out by the fire pit, learning from craftsman in the farming area, and so much more. 'The AC Biltmore was very clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I arrived a few hours before check in and was able to get a room right away, in which I really appreciated! The King room with balcony was very clean and spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Thanks for a great weekend stay '

'I’ve stayed at this Hilton several times and they never disappoint. It is right in the middle of great shopping and dining as well as theater. Close to the airport as well. The facility is clean, the staff friendly and the amenities very nice. Will stay again in about a month!'
