'Help from Andrea with nearby parking and transport with luggage to/from Ortigia was excellent. Also breakfast staff member was super helpful. The property itself is tired and in need of upgrades. There is a totally inadequate space for breakfast seating, with no dedicated tables or chairs and no easy access back into reception area if guests are seated at basic outdoor sofas. '

'Aardig vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, groot gezamenlijk terras. goed werkende airco ( is ook wel nodig het was bloed heet in het hotel zelf) kamer was goed onderhouden en de bedden waren prima . kortom prima voor verblijf van 2 nachten.'

'Reception was nice, it seemed we were the only guists and quickly she changed our room from the third floor to the first. There was no elevator and we had heavy luggage. No help. The bathroom was very dirty and outdated, brown tiles, the water at sink didnt run. The toilet holder was loose. Breakfast was a few minutes away but nobody spoke English. Overal it was ok but not worth this money. We stay in much better hotels for less.'

We had 2 urges that were resolved immediately, thanks to the team! due to C-19 conditions other services are difficult to evaluate.'
