'We had a lovely 4 night stay at the Barn Conversion. On arrival the photo of the house makes it look bigger but there was still plenty of room to park our vehicles on the drive, a nice garden area and the children’s play equipment was great. The rooms of the house were all a great size and everything was there that we expected. The bathrooms were clean as were most of the living spaces. 'Beautiful house - much bigger than it looks in the photos. Lots of hot water when you need it which is brilliant and not always the case in holiday rentals. Great kitchen with everything you need including a hot water tap for tea which was super! Lovely little garden which was useful with our dog. Beds were really comfortable however the bed foot boards meant I had to sleep in the second double room as my 6 foot four husband didn't fit in the bed as he was too long for it so had to sleep...

'The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we felt at home right away. There was plenty of space for 3 generations of family and we loved the hot tub. No queues for bathrooms with 3 showers and 4 toilets in the property! Would recommend for a large family group.'

'The house was lovely clean and well equipped. Plenty of space as there were only two couple but if there had been more people there was plenty of space. The view from the back garden was gorgeous on to open fields and as it was October we couldn’t sit outside but the conservatory was lovely to sit in. The decor of the rooms were very modern with nice personal touches Only downside was we weren’t given code to key safe before we arrived so I had to ring and wasn’t told where the key safe was...

'Central location with everything Tenby has to offer within an easy stroll - the beach is beautiful and 2 mins on foot; there are loads of restaurants, cafes & interesting shops to mooch around within a few minutes too. The house is lovely - kitchen has everything you might need, bathroom is fab. The lack of parking (as mentioned in the advert) means it's a bit of a hike if you don't want to pay. 'Everything we needed and a great welcome from Pauline to check if she could help with any questions. Beautiful garden with nice areas to sit and enjoy the best of the sunshine and views. Carew Arms a 15 minute walk - really nice food not forgetting the amazing fish and chips at the end of the road opposite the Milton Arms'

'It smells really bad. The flooring is worn and needs replacing as does the bathroom, with cracked tiles and mould. The kitchen worktops also worn and stained with black mould around the sink. The furniture looks cheap and worn, and the bedding is cheap and worn. Awful. We left after 1 night ( booked 4) as it was so bad. '

'We loved everything about the house.The location and views were even better than the photos on the site. So handy for Tenby and the Wales Coastal Path, having the train station so handy was an added bonus. Plenty of space for 5 adults, everyone could have their own bathroom. We’re just trying to find a date when we can visit again!'

'Great place to stay, really comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location is also top rated for views - stunning of the harbour - and ease to get to all the attractions, shops and restaurants. Like nearly all the accommodation in Tenby that are in the centre, with views and close to all the shops and restaurants there is no parking on site. We didn’t find that an issue as 24 hour parking in the nearby multi story is so cheap. Can’t find any negatives it was a great stay'
