'It was a very busy day. There was a cheer competition and the Dallas Christmas parade all on the same day. Our checkin was quick and painless. The staff was kind and courteous. We were in a room at the end away from the cheer kiddos so it was a comfortable and quiet night. Will stay again. '

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'
