'Nice clean house ; nice walks ,our 4 yr granddaughter loved the beach .we saw the dolphin pass the bay a few time , we will be back again I’m sure .'

'Spent a week in the property. Great stay in a generous sized property. Less than 5 minutes from the beach. 5 minute walk from the town centre. Good range of shops and eating places in Newbiggin. Near park land which was ideal for the dog. House was well equipped. Good sized bathroom. Rear yard was a nice suntrap and very private. Good sized bedrooms and very clean.'

'Overall we enjoyed our stay at 15 Moor View.However when we arrived we realised -1. roof tiles had been blown off the roof into the front garden and a strip of felt was flapping and making a noise non-stop! The owners must have this seen to ASAP as we noticed damp walls in front bedroom and lounge either side of windows.2. Also no mirrors or waste bins in each of the bedrooms which are needed as bathroom downstairs.3. Importantly when entering property there is no Doormat, no outside shoe rack...

'This property is in an ideal location. The facilities were excellent, everything you could need was there. It was clean and comfortable. Lovely garden for our dog. Parking for two cars. Lots of take aways handy if you did not want to cook. Would recommend this to everyone. Will more than likely book again.'

'Lovely done out property, all rooms are really spacious, clean and presentable, tvs in all rooms. Only 15 minutes from the centre and really quiet area to stay. Hosts are great for getting in touch with and offer a fair priced late checkout, we will definitely stay here again when coming back up :))) x'

'Property needed repairs. Poor facilities. Dusty and dirty surfaces. No communication prior to arrival that TV service and wifi not working. On a positive, the beds were comfortable. '

'We had a lovely weekend, great location just few minutes walk from the beach and Tynemouth. Highly recommend staying, we will be booking again soon.'

'Excellent venue with lots of parking. Very clean and spacious. This was a last minute booking and communication was poor. You don't get access instructions until you pay a waiver that costs either an additional £10 or £25 depending on what you choose. And then you have to chase to get it back. Sounds a bit of a con to me but I had no choice. Overall though the property was excellent, just let down by a poor letting agent in my opinion.'
