'The rooms are very clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming.'

'Terrible place to stay, hallways dirty, boxes and other rubish was scattered troughout the hotel. Firealarm was beeping loud in the room, and was hanging from the wall. The room smelled horrible. Went down to check-in and got another room. Smelled a little better but stuff was dirty, dust everywhere. Only superficial cleaning done. This was the only somewhat affordable hotel around but you better drive those extra 25 miles! Never again. '

'Friendly staff. Easy to park. Room & bathroom very clean. Location was convenient. The outdoor swimming pool is also great for an easy day. I would stay here again!'

'Great sleep on our first night.'

'Booked for two nights, left after one. The room was fine- clean, no funky smells, clean bathroom newer mattresses and HVAC. As a solo female traveler, I just didn’t feel great about the location, lack of on-site staff, and door locks. A no-frills, roadside motel was not for me, but could be fine for you.'

'Expedia sold me this hotel room while it was still under construction. The hotel was barricaded around,'

'We had a nice stay at the Black Bear. Great location and Kim was very accommodating.'
