'Our sheets were dirty and the toilet paper holder was broken. The telephone fir the desk was disconnected ,they overall feeling was just neglect.'

'Super convenient for dawn flight, 5 mins to terminal 2. Staff somewhat disorganized. Never received a room keycard because the coding machine was down for the entire evening. Room was clean but shower had hair in it. Breakfast area looked interesting but we left early before it was open.'

'Great place'

'I found cockroaches in the room. The front desk clerk assured me I would hear from the manager. As a housing inspector, I understand how rapidly roaches spread in the walls , etc. The manager didn’t call me. Don’t stay there…you’ll have a risk of infestation.'

'Well located for the Hospital and the Duke East Campus'

'Good location'

'Our room was comfortable and staff wad friendly. Having shower gel/body wash in shower would have been helpful. The squeeze containers for shampoo and conditioner were hard to manage at times. But overall a great stay!!'

'all good'

'Clean, updated rooms with good amenities and coffee. Helpful staff. Pleasant, open community spaces.'

'Very close to airport. Shuttle provided'

'The staff was very nice and helpful especially Kristian. We enjoy breakfast as well as the condition and upkeep of our room was very nice parking was good and easy overall it was a 10 out of 10 stay I recommend to anyone but don't get this location confused with the other location because the other location had very bad reviews and we almost didn't stay there because we got the two confused.'

'Pretty pleasant stay overall. I’d book here again.'

'We loved everything & everyone there'
