'I tend to stick with places on Expedia that are above 8 stars. I have no idea how this hotel is above the 8. Check in was fine. The staff Friday evening were pleasant enough. Our room however was pretty bad. 1st it smelled of old cigarettes and mold. 2nd, the couch and chair were so visibly stained that we avoided even putting anything on them. 'I stay at this location from time to time when I am in town for work. Responsiveness of staff via the after hours kiosk has improved with each stay. The cleanliness of my room was decent, however this time I found several hairs on the desk where the caulk joins the TV stand. The couple in a room beside me argued, yelled, and screamed all night. 'Our stay was very good. The only problem was with the breakfast selections. The food wasn’t fresh. It seemed the eggs were microwaved. The coffee was awful. Finally, the room was a handicapped room. The bathroom was for a handicapped person so the floor was one level throughout leaving shower water over half of the bathroom.'
