'Great'

'The room was beautiful and clean. We were able to control the air conditioning in the room, which was great! Breakfast was good. All the staff were amazing and helpful whenever we needed them. We will definitely be coming back.'

'Hello… another stay at BW… it was a pleasant stay. Friendly checkin staff. Breakfast staff was not so pleasant she was not helpful and for starting the day the supplies weren’t fully stocked and when I asked her for a hard boiled egg she said they are full I took the empty container and she was well… Everyone else is kind and caring, guess if you work the morning you need to be awake and pleasant.. where was get customer service? Parking lot is always well lite and plenty of parking. I will...

More like just a gambling place, they really don’t want people to stay overnight. The rooms are clean, but cramped and not a lot of floor space and no desk. The machines are just money hungry with no wins in sight. Just go to Mohegan Sun , it’s cleaner and the rooms are spacious and the staff are awesome and if you have children...
