'Apartment is very small with no living space. We brought several concerns to the host’s attention but they were not addressed. Our main concern was that there were no apparent smoke or CO detectors, a single egress and the only fire extinguisher was in a box under a sink. This violates CT fire code. Temperature is set by host for entire building. It was cold and host told us space heater was provided to address the issue.
