'Gorgeous, relaxing spot in luxury waterfront area!Beautiful view of goose island state park and the bridge to Fulton and Rockport. Check in and check out smooth. Contacted property manager for a pool question and she was so attentive. The house is quiet and the beds were ok- Mattresses are firmer. Kitchen could use a few larger fry pans and outdoor grill needs cleaning. Loved the drive into the property and saw so many deer!Great property!Oh and the property pool and boardwalk were wonderful...

'The house is very clean, including bathroom, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well provisioned for cooking. There were a couple of hiccups in administrative details. But the management was extremely fast, responsive, and courteous in resolving the issue quickly. The location is near some of the best birding in Texas. We would strongly recommend this little house.'

'The house and property are as described. The downstairs open air garage was a great place to congregate for the family. The front deck was perfect for a sunrise or to enjoy the ocean breezes. Our family absolutely loved the house and the location. It is close to Indianola Beach where we swam daily. Only downside of the house or beach were the mosquitoes and jellyfish. No fault of the owner just mother nature. Regardless we still enjoyed it all. '

'Just love this spot. The water was right outside the screened porch. Got to fish whenever we wanted. The marina is about 12 minutes away: bair and apparently a great restaurant. Didn't get to try the restaurant. The people around were so friendly. The dolphins put on a show on two different days. The house had everything you could just about need. The screened in porch was everything! We got to hang out at night with no bug issues. Many mentioned mosquitos in the visitor book, but luckily for us...

'The property quiet, clean and very nice! We really enjoyed having access to the water and how quiet the neighborhood is. Great place for a relaxing getaway! We had a great time relaxing as a family, we will stay here again!!'

'We (2 couples) enjoyed our stay at Erin's property in Victoria. Clean, well-appointed, comfy beds, and a bathroom for each bedroom PLUS a powder room! The neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible from the Zac Lentz Parkway (Victoria bypass). Erin responded promptly to any questions we had. We'd stay again!'

'Excellent property. Well equipped kitchen. All very clean. Nice for older folks as getting into the house had only one small step and all was on one level. There are steps to the long walkway in the back. Each bedroom had its own bath. Just a short walk to the pier for fishing. overall great place.'
