'One thing only the storage of the luggage’s on the 4th floor is very crowded and I do not feel that’s my luggage will be secure because the capsule is on 6Th floor and your luggage is on 4th floor .
Also, the smoking area . They do have designated area for smoking but still u can smell the cigarette smoke at common area .
I do really like the public bath so I can experience the real Japanese way .
Definitely I’m coming back to this hotel.'

'The staff were extremely helpful and let me check-in an hour earlier than the intended time. The room was beautiful from top to bottom; I love that the cold plunge was right next to the Sauna. The upstairs bathroom was amazing; everything was super clean and felt like home.'
