Very small, not good cleaning service, bathroom ventilator very old, molded all black, no any clue how to come to that accommodation from Shibuya station. And that the 2 accommodations they say in their information that some rooms are in the building next, but the building is totally somewhere else? Literally 2 streets away? No automatic cleaning the linnen, just NOT. We stayed there 6 days, 5 nights? COME ON??? THIS WAS NOT IN YOUR DESCRIPTION BEFORE THE RESERVATION. We got that information when we had the roomkeys in our hands? i was in shock, because I paid so much?! The room they say it is for 2 people, but we couldn’t fit together. It was a stressy stay this time in Tokyo. I came couple times and so far not the best accommodation according to their description
