'We had a great stay! It was nice to be close to the beach, although, everything else is a bit of a drive. Just be sure to get all of the groceries you need on the way in so you don't have to run back and forth to the store. Food Lion is about 15 min drive and Walmart a little further. They do have a nicely stocked kitchen and the neighborhood is peaceful there at the end of the island, which makes up for the fact that restaurants are a bit limited nearby, too. 'Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent....
