'This was a perfect, cozy spot for us to spend our baby moon. We were greeted by a beautiful view on the top floor of the beach and spent plenty of time on the outside patio areas taking in the views of the ocean and dolphins daily! We were thrilled with how convenient the location was to beach access (seconds away) which allowed us to freely go back and forth to the house. 'Property is in a nice location, walking distance to the beach, some restaurants, convience store, and miniature golf. Rooms were extremely clean and bed was very comfortable with quality sheets and pillows. Available washer / dryer on premises came in useful. '

'Getting clean linen and towels was difficult. You have to leave dirty ones outside your door and then call the front desk and tell them what you left and they bring you exactly what you left outside. You only got one roll of toilet paper at a time. I can only guess this was for health reasons.'

'We stayed here for a family vacation and had a wonderful time! The house is a very short walk to the beach and there was everything we needed to keep everyone entertained and comfortable. When we arrived, the previous renters had left a few things undone, but after contacting Jessica everything was put to rights immediately. Jessica and her husband were very responsive and were invested in making sure we had a great stay. There are lots of restaurants and other great things to do in Surf City...

'Ed was a great host that communicated very well and provided all info needed. The place is in a perfect spot, situated squarely between the beach and the inlet and can walk to both very easily/quickly. The community pool worked out great as well. The kids are already asking to go back and find more shark teeth!'

'Lori is an amazing host! My family and I truly enjoyed this beautiful beach house. It looks exactly like the pictures—spotless from top to bottom. Lori was fantastic throughout the entire process, from booking to check-out.The house has everything you and your family could need and more, including a fully stocked kitchen, board games, fresh linens, dish soap, plenty of counter space for meal prep, and even beach gear. 'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in here. The house is lovely. The hostess, Krisha was very attentive and friendly. The house is equipped with anything you need. It’s very accommodating and thoughtful to have items available. No little detail was missed. Highly recommend this house not only for the wonderful owners but also the location is like a hidden gem. '
