'Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent....

'Nice condo in a great city. Views of the water out the back, plenty of room for our family of 7 with 3 being children. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Surf City. It was also very nice that they had beach chairs, a cart, and a cooler available to use for our beach day. Highly recommend.'

'The house is great! I was most impressed with how well stocked the kictchen actually was. Ive stayed in places that say the kitchen is well stocked but isn’t. This kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals for a party of 13 as we didn’t eat out once. The view is lovely. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Beds were all comfortable and there was plenty of seating to all share a meal around each other and even watch a movie. It truly was comfortable for our entire group!'

'This house was perfect for a girls’ beach weekend. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. And the living room area was perfect for us to hang out in. We loved how easy it was to walk to the beach and will definitely be back!'
