'The location was convenient. However, the room was really small and no wardrobe to hang clothes. We had the room upstairs and there was no lift. When we entered the room, the window was open so insects including a spider found in the room. The bed sheet had stains. Reception desk was not attended most of the time but they were contactable.'

'Room was a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. Excellent service from all staff members all night from booking in to directions and dinner.'
