'The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable . We left early and did not have breakfast there'

'I enjoyed the room darkening shades, room was clean AC was nice. The pool was down for maintenance. The exercise room, 2 bikes were broken, there was NO sanitizer bottles or wipes to wipe down the equipment, hand sanitizer was empty. The kitchen staff was very nice, but the microwave had not been cleaned in a while, reminds you of a college microwave.'

'I picked those hotel due to the proximity to the airport and the advertised 24/7 shuttle. Early morning shuttle drop went great. When I returned on a Sunday around 10:45 am the hotel was unable to send someone then for a pickup. First I was told allow 30 minutes. That passed and then I called and was given the run around that shuttle go was out at another location. If that is an airport shuttle, it should be staffed and available for flight returns. 40 minutes passed as I sat with my kids...
