'Excellent property overall, amenities on site are great! Pool, pier, patio with chairs, etc all wonderful! Not a fan of our unit, research before you book thru Expedia. Every unit is different & privately owned which changes what each unit has inside'

'Very responsive host and the location was perfect!'

'Everything was as described. Beautiful view and convenient location. Only suggestion to improve overall quality of stay and property is more toiletry items, e.g toilet papers, soaps and shampoo.'

'Great'

'We had the best time and the Island Inn was perfect. Our condo was so clean and the atmosphere in treasure Island was so laid back. It was the perfect getaway and look forward to staying there again.'

'Beautiful beach, condo nice , it is under construction-noisy m-fr, would stay here again- tried to give better review wouldn’t let u access excellent star on mobile phone, great location, front desk was excellent! Love half of pool is always shaded!'

'Very clean, perfect pool, and just a short walk to the beach. It was perfect. We even saw dolphins and a manatee in the intercoastal waterway from our condo! It was amazing!'

No view of the water from the room (as indicated by photos), only a view of the other rooms. We walked out after 3 minutes without touching anything but the doorknobs. Owners emphatically stated there was no refund (not even for "cleaning.") We will NEVER rent from Tortugas Vacation Rentals (through Expedia VRBO)...

It’s location is perfect for beach access, restaurants and shopping. As much as I love this place, my last couple visits have been lacking. My main complaint last visit was the very uncomfortable living room furniture. And although this has been an issue for us, we still enjoy staying here. 'We stayed at the hotel for the fifth time, but first time in Eva's apartment. It made a difference for our family. All was perfect. We are planning to repeat soon.'

'Everything was great'

'Great place to stay.'

'The room was clean and well kept! We loved the property as well! Would stay again!'

'Magnífico lugar para pasar en familia, tiene todo lo que se necesita, muy limpio '

'Exactly what we were looking for! Listing as advertised. The beach was right there, and the parking for this unit was covered which was a bonus with it being so hot. Communication was quick when needed, and the kitchen was decently stocked overall. Would stay again!'
